An acknowledgement or affidavit is $20 in office, or $30 mobile. If you need the document drafted too, it's $35 in office or $55 mobile.
Yes. Auto title only is $30. Auto title with a bill of sale or act of donation is $50, drafting included.
For out-of-state use, yes, at $20 each. For in-state use, I handle the Louisiana Mandate at $65 (drafting included). I don't notarize off-the-shelf Power of Attorney forms for in-state use.
Here's why: Louisiana is a civil-law state, so what most people call a power of attorney is a "mandate" here, and generic forms written for other states often get rejected by banks and title companies at the worst possible moment.
